We have come a long way. We embarked on a period of extensive research into the dynamics of multiple different financial markets, in many cases with over 50-100+ years’ of data. We established what appeared to be a sound methodology with wide application to different markets. We then selected one of the hardest markets in history to trade, Silver, and designed a system that substantially outperformed our benchmark performance in holdout tests over more than 50 years. It has taken around 4 years to get to this point, but having built a working methodology and infrastructure, it will be substantially quicker to add additional markets. I propose adding the Gold market next, so that the original project goal of beating the Gold and Silver markets can finally be achieved. Now that we know that we can successfully operate in volatile markets, Bitcoin would seem to be another good choice for the future.
